Since Inverurie opened in 1989 we have seen some dramatic changes. Last November we re-fitted the whole premesis.This has brought a very modern feel to the place and we think it looks fantastic.

We have also incorporated in-house glazing that allows us to offer a speedy and flexible service when you order new spectacles or merely require replacement lenses.

We have to remember that our remit is actually to examine eyes in order to promote good, comfortable vision and to establish the health or otherwise of those eyes. To aid this we have purchased a Digital Retinal Camera. This allows us to photograph and store images of the back of the eye for future reference and or for referral to a specialist. Because of our increasing patient base, we now have two full-time optometrists, offering eye exams six days per week as well as late night appointments.

With the coming changes in the way which eye examinations are to be conducted, be assured we will endeavour to remain one step ahead.
